The Patisserie
A single pastry in a window, lit from four directions, priced accordingly.
The Patisserie sells one item. It is beautiful. It is exactly the right pink. It sits on a white plate at the centre of a very large window and it has been photographed more times than it has been eaten.
Nobody who works here will describe the filling. They will describe the process, the terroir of the almond, the vision for the second location. The filling comes up and the conversation moves elegantly around it, the way water moves around a stone that is not actually there.
Opening hours
Whenever a camera is present. Otherwise, by appointment, which is never granted.
The menu
One page. Very wide margins. The margins are the point and they are billed as such.
The Shell
Crisp, flawless, and structurally the only thing here.
The finish
Smooth to a degree that makes people lower their voices. No cracks. Cracks would suggest something inside was pushing.
The colour
Chosen by committee across nine months. The committee produced no minutes and one colour.
The foot
The little ruffled edge every pastry chef is judged on. Immaculate. It is the most substantial part of the item.
The bite
A perfect audible snap, followed immediately by an unusually long silence.
The Hollow
The centre, described honestly, for the first time on this page.
There is nothing in it. Not a little. Not a thin layer that could be argued about. The cross-section is air with a decorative rim, and the rim is doing all the work.
This is not presented as a failure. It is presented as the achievement. Anyone can fill a shell. Holding the shape of a shell around a vacuum, in public, for years, while being photographed — that is craft, and Macron will explain the craft to you at length while you look for the filling.
The one thing the Patisserie will never do is claim there is something inside. That would be a lie, and this brand only deals in the other thing.
Contents
Air. Room temperature. Sourced locally, which is technically true.
Weight
Less than you expect, every single time, and the surprise never wears off.
The Presentation
Where the actual budget goes, and it goes there proudly.
The plate
White, oversized, deliberately empty around the edges. The emptiness is styled and the styling is invoiced.
The tongs
Silver. Used once per customer, with a small bow that has been rehearsed.
The box
Ribboned. Larger than the pastry by a factor nobody has ever measured out loud.
The speech
Given at the counter. Nine minutes. Concerns the future of pastry. Ends before the filling comes up.
Token Status
$MACARON has not launched. There is no contract address, no pool and no market. Every line above reads unavailable because nothing has been measured — not because a number is still loading. The brand jokes about being hollow; the status panel does not joke at all. If anyone shows you a $MACARON contract address today, it is not ours and it is not real. When the token exists, the address will be published here first, and the buttons on this page will go live at the same moment.
The Queue
The community does not exist yet either. No ribbon on that one.
There is no X account, no group, no channel and no moderator. Anything currently claiming to be the official Macaron queue was not made by us. The single source of truth is this page, until this page says otherwise.
When the account opens, the button below stops being a pale outline and starts being a link. Nothing else about it changes, and nothing about it will be announced from a counter with tongs.
What exists
The brand, the art direction, and this page. That is the complete list.
What does not
Domain, X account, Pump.fun listing, token, contract, holders, price.

Brand hook, then token status, then the community, then the buy path — in that order, and not one step before it is real.
$MACARON is pre-launch. Both actions below are prepared and stay inactive until the official account and coin exist.
